Dr. Karl-Heinz Hesse

Dr. Karl-Heinz Hesse is member of the Berendes Group since 2006.

He has a degree in Business Administration and is graduated in economics. After five years working in the advertising industry he holds more than twenty-five years of senior positions in the real estate industry.

At the beginning of his professional career, he was, among others, working for the Dr. Rüdiger Group Cologne, in the seventies and eighties the second largest real estate group in Germany, both in the residential and the commercial real estate sector. He was the Regional Managing Director of several subsidiaries of the Dr. Rüdiger Group.

In the beginning of the new millennium Dr. Hesse became independent entrepreneur (businessman) in Luxembourg to generate complex financing for customers with resident banks.

For Berendes & Partner Mr. Hesse is active in the field of corporate finance. He also does general real estate advisory for the group.
